momcafé is bringing you one of Alberta’s leading nutritionists to share her expertise with you in a casual evening of wine, food, shopping, styling and fun.
The speakers at momcafé Evening Event - Nutrition Sense - VANCOUVER will be:

Karla Heintz

Karla Heintz, BSc Nutrition, is a Calgary-based Nutrition Educator. She is a national TV personality, radio columnist and consultant for families and athletes on nutrition and wellness. For years she has been an active writer and researcher in many national health magazines. Karla directed a food camp at the University of Saskatchewan where she learned first hand how to win kids over in the kitchen. Here first book is titled, ‘Picky? Not Me, Mom! - A guide on children’s nutrition and how to make food fun again.
