Room to Grow specializes in quality children's programming for 0-4year olds in Calgary and surrounding area. We have everything from Prenatal to Playgroups, Parented Preschool and Preschool. We have Art, Dance, Music, Toddler Yoga and so much more. For the mom's and dad's we have monthly Daddy and Me playdates, Mom's Night's Out, and Parenting Information Sessions.


Alisha Brignall with her business partner Shannon Kozak, started Room to Grow in 2007 because they found a lack of postpartum support for moms that they could attend with their children. Alisha is also active in many aspects of the parenting community as helping other moms and helping them find a support network is her top priority. She volunteers for Birth Unlimited (an organization that advocates for Choices in Childbirth) and currently holds the position of Vice President. She also belongs to various parenting groups and tries to attend a playgroup at least once a week with her 2 sons, ages 4 and 1. She loves meeting new people, sharing her knowledge, and learning.
