While living and working around the world, Susan gained an appreciation for the globally universal importance of civility and presentation skills, socially and in business. She gathered her academic experiences in sociology and international business, mixed in her communications experience, added passion for the human element of business, along with training in protocol and etiquette and blended it all to form The Image Builders – a corporate image management firm she manages with her business partner, Denisa Nica. Their business focuses on helping organizations and individuals optimize image for greater confidence and success, locally and globally. Like other working moms Susan strives to balance her business persona with that of Hockey Mom, Wife, Dog Walker, Book Club Secretary and more. Susan is a keen supporter of Mom Café and its mission.

Susan has 2 children.
